At Call It Spring Canada, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 60-day return policy for unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please note that all clearance items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, in their original box or packaging, and within the 60-day window from the date of purchase.

  Choose Your Method

  You can return your items for free at any Call It Spring store location in Canada or initiate a return through our online portal to ship them back.

• 3.
  Package and Label

  If returning by mail, print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
