We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Returns can be made by mail or at any Call It Spring store location across Canada.
How long does shipping take within Canada?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. We also offer express shipping options which arrive within 1 to 3 business days depending on your location.
Are Call It Spring products vegan?
Yes, we are proud to be a PETA-certified 100% vegan brand. All of our shoes, bags, and accessories are made without any animal-derived materials.

Can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress via Canada Post or the designated carrier.
